Hey guys i currently have a stage 2 tune by Revo with boost set around 23psi with a 25-27 spike, I'm looking to see if i can gain a bit more power without doing ant motor work, so I'm thinking if another tune could get me there or if i go to a pro tuner, which i know multiple in my area.

Here are a list of my mods:
    -k04
    -Front mount intercooler
    -custom intake
-higher cc injectors (don't remember actual ratings)
    -test pipe
    -techtonics tuning 2.5' downpipe
    -magnaflow 14851 mufflers

    any comments will help thanks

Bumping this thread to make sure I'd be okay with running a Revo Stage 2 tune (with all supporting mods) with a BW k04. Revo doesn't have a specific tune for the K04 as they do with the GTRS (Stage 3), so I'm wondering if I'd be fine with running my current setup (386cc injectors, FMIC, high flow cat, etc.) and just swapping out the K03 with a K04.

United’s stage 2 uses 440 cc injectors and the vr6 maf. Add in a test pipe and I beleive you will have pretty much maxed out on the ko4-15

I suspect you may end up in limp mode for an overboost condition. I'm not that familiar with the Revo stage 2 but I know if you try it with the GIAC K03 big injector file you will overboost.

Old Guy is right (as usual). K04 in the form of a Frankenturbo caused frequent overboost codes (and the resulting limp mode) in my case. Deviation threshold is only 200mb stock (~2.96 psi) so boost doesn't have to be off much for it to throw a code and limp. I can reset DTCs on the fly in my car and it was still a royal pain to drive home in that condition. No way you could daily drive such a setup IMHO.

Also if you want to get all you can out of the K04, the 386cc injectors will end up being a limiting factor anyhow. Consider 440s a minimum, with 550s being optimum.
