    Parking Sensor Beep

    Those with 16's,

Do you ever have a problem when backing and the beep from the parking sensor begins to sound and then when you put it into drive it continues to stay on, regardless of how fast you go? This has happened to me 3 times now. While it isn't the biggest issue, I will say it is somewhat annoying having to stop and restart the car. I will mention it at my first service, but I wonder if it has happened to any of you. Thanks as always.

Never had that problem. You do know you can turn it off with the button by the traction control though right?

Hmm now that you mention that, you got me thinking. Could xpel protective film or opticoat possibly cause an issue like that? Keep in mind, it doesn't happen all of the time just 3 times since I have had the car.

I would think that it could likely be the issue. Some times even light can effect how those sensors act.
