Affects S4, S5, RS5, S6 and S7 with DSG.

I have the GIAC DSG tune so I likely won't bother (fix would probably wipe the tune out)

If you show up to the dealership with an ECU or DSG tune you will be flagged TD1 and you can kiss your powertrain warranty goodbye, more importantly than "wiping the tune out"

I'm aware of that, my warranty is almost expired anyway, and it wouldn't be completely voided: All the flag does is potentially affect a claim, that's all (discussed on forums enough times already.)

Its a TSB and not a recall... When you bring your car in for Services, it should be addressed as part of the service.

I just called AOA. LOOKS LIKE MARK is right. TSB is just that a technical service bulletin ,
If your car is exhibiting symptoms as described in the TSB it provides info for dealer to fix it. My car has no rattles on idle, just typical DSG. Behavior a little jump when stopped and brake not applied.
