CARB Certified Downpipe for B8 even exist?..

I have an '09 B8 S Line with updated APR Stage 1 program. Wanting to move on to Stage 2 but APR suggests a High Flow Downpipe with this application. Thus far, I've talkde with APR, 034, ECS Tuning, just to name a few and whenever I mention 'California'' they all cringe. Seems the consensus is no one has developed a CA Emissions approved downpipe that'll pass smog.

Anyone out there know if there are other vendors that do make one CA compliant. I'd hate to think the only other option is to simply install the CA illegal DP, use it til about a month before smog test. At that point I'd have to swap it out for the OEM DP to test/pass..
