Funny story about my new A4...

So I bought a beautiful A4 2007 turbo 6 spd manual from the Acura dealership in Serramonte.
Turns out, the car had some serious issues. After the dealership blew me off, I decided to deal with it my own way...
Here's what happened,




I left the car parked in front of the dealership, with the keys on the hood, note on the windshield, and posterboard.
It read,
"Dear Honda/Acura of Serramonte,
Thanks for selling me a fucked up car. I bought it about 2 weeks ago and the check engine light went on the day after. Since then, it's died on me about 10 times. I'm scared to drive it for my safety. I'm going out of town for a few days. Please have it fixed when I return. Thanks
PS. Would you sell this car to your daughter?"

I returned a few days later and used my spare key to drive the car off the lot without saying anything to the service station.
The check engine light stopped going on, but it still has this issue with jerking sometimes as I try to accelerate. Feels like a complete loss of power. A cough or hiccup.

If anyone can suggest a good mechanic near me (San Francisco), please let me know. I want someone to look at it, whose actually qualified.

I bought a can of the snow stuff you spray on windows for the holidays, then wrote a huge, "FIX ME" on the Windshield.

No idea if they do audio. Im in NYC. i just happen to know your lucky to live right next to them. I'm not a big audio guy myself. As far as getting your car running right though, thats the shop to bring it to.

Hilarious note and way of going about having the car "fixed". I'd also give 034 Motorsports a call. JHM is great, but they're quite a bit further out. 034 is equally as good/reputable and located in Fremont. You can't go wrong with either choice to be honest.

Car is still giving me problems. The oil light went on and a friend checked it for me a few days later. Engine was bone-dry.
All we could find at the gas station was non synthetic oil. He said I'm lucky the car didn't blow up.
Tried to get an oil change the next day, drove to the Audi dealership in Marin, where the jerkoff at the service desk tried to convince me it was ok to drive it on non synthetic oil. I argued with him about the manual specifically listing synthetic oil, and I'm not going to ignore what it says. He tried to get technical on me with the intention of making me feel stupid. Then asked if he could explain it to my boyfriend for me (btw, I came alone and don't have a boyfriend either), at which I replied, "I don't have a boyfriend who needs to explain anything and I graduated from Berkeley, so try me"
They cornered me as I bolted toward the door. Spent the next half hour prying my way out of a sales office as a salesman relentlessly fought to sell me another Audi. Can you blame me for listening to his offers? Those cars are beautiful, and for a moment, I was actually considering it.

This is my first Audi experience. And it's full of disappointment, anger and frustration...yet, I'm 100% sure my next car will be an Audi :D
