Does anyone know the cylinder numbering on the 3.0t? My car has thrown just 2 misfires in a year on cylinder 3. I remeber seeing the numbering on a thread but cant seem to pull it up. If someone could label the following diagram:

    Front /(x)(x)(x)\ rear of car
    Front \(x)(x)(x)/ rear of car

I see that that is the firing order but does that say which piston is which number? Could you put it in my little drawing if so?

how dangerous is a cylinder misfire? what's going on? can some one break it down in laymen terms but really just the severity of it as I get the obvious part of a misfiring cylinder. I remember my old mitsubishi montero always had that going on, always.

When I had a cylinder miss fire stuck to one cylinder my CAT went bad. From what I was told especially the back cylinders, because they are closes to the CAT, back pressure caused the miss. But it would happen every time I went WOT.
