B6 axel question

Just a quick question , is b6 cabriolet 1.8t auto fwd have the same axel of The b6 cabriolet 3.0 auto fwd?

The 1.8t and 3.0 axles are the same but from what I looked up really quick there seems to be a VIN split in the 04 year. I don't know off the top of my head what the difference is based on the VIN. But if the VINS on both cars match, for example if the 1.8t cars VIN is before VIN 8E-4-195,501, and your VIN is before too then they should work fine, or vise-versa.
