New Car - 2nd B7 avant - Black 6mt 2.0T content

Long story short, my light grey b7 Avant was in an accident a few weeks ago and written off. Well, I loved the car, good power, lots of room, good on gas, 6 speed, awd, just a great daily.

I wanted to replace it with something similar, thats where the new car comes in.

I threw the thule on yesterday, also getting some rs4 wheels to put my new blizzak ws80s on.

Here's how she sits right now, I love a lowered avant with roof box!

I like it. I have a hit/miss feeling about Avants. Some look great, others not so much. I think it's the color, but I'm not sure.

Anywho.....I notice that your car doesn't have the "scoops" near the fog lights. Is that an avant thing, or a Canadian thing?

It's probably a 3.2L, and since it has no intercoolers, it has no need for intake ducting.

Its a 3.2 front bumper for sure

Yeah its a 2.0t, will have to look into the vents.

FWIW all you probably need to do is just replace the fog light grilles to open ones. I would presume you still have the DSMIC scoops behind the grilles but you should double check. I would imagine you can find a guy on here with a FMIC who would be willing to trade with you.

You're not going to have major issues with the DSMICs blocked but your will hear soak the engine super quick and will be low on power due to the intake air not being cooled by the intercoolers.
