Trim pieces on bottom of fenders

I don't have a fender off so I'm not sure how they attach. Are they just clips, or are the held on with a nut. Does the fender have to be removed to take off/install?

Also, if anybody has a line on a facelift Santorin blue drivers fender in great shape let me know.

There's a plastic nut on the backside that needs to be removed. The trim piece will then slide forward and pop out from the fender.

Just pull the fender liner, no need to remove the fender.
