Anyone on here able to diagnose a ticking sound on here? The 3.0t Q7 has a ticking sound from day one that sounds like a woodpecker stuck inside my fuel tank. It is coming from inside the left (driver's side bank) and it is only heard on idle but goes away if you give it a bit of gas. It is a rhythmic ticking and gets louder as the tank gets lower. I have to assume it is a failing fuel pump but would like to see if others had the issue. The vehicle has approximately 400 miles on it and I will be making an appointment once my schedule clears up. Thanks.
