    Audio Mute Wire -2013 Prestige

    curious what your goal is... reason i asked my cousin told me about something similar because he read that its not possible to turn the radio off which i showed him how

    I don't know on the b8.5 but the b7 RSNE did have this function, maybe check that thread for related info.

    A billion threads on where the mute wire in the B&O is? Not asking where to put the mute button? Asking for a wiring diagram showing which wire is the mute wire.

    So my install guy tried several wires from stereo and could not get the audio to mute. He surmises that they might be fiber optics rather than electrical. He also mentioned the proper connection could be in the rear where the amp is. Besides that he did a great job altering the previous installation, pics later.

    But to go back to the original question; 2013 Prestige S4 with B&O; where do you connect the audio mute wire for a Escort Passport 9500ci?

    Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
