Sorry for the novice question, but how hard of a swap would this be if just replacing the standard (non-black optics) S6 grill? Is their lots of removal of surrounding items, or is it fairly accessible from the hood, wheel wells, underneath, etc?

    Thanks

You have to remove the bumper to change out the grill. Its not hard once you know how to do it. i have done it numerous times now. I could coach you! :-)

I will mention that the camera can be used but you have to dremel out a little shape. If you look at my other ad for the stock S6 grill you will see the little shape that they cut out. Factory does that too. They don't make a different grill for the camera, they cut the same base grill. As to the night vision, it uses a different backing plate behind rings. you can put any backing plate on it easily, non camera or camera. If you are changing out a stock grill, just use your ring backing plate
