Red top coils with which plugs?

I read a good thread (which I thought I had saved somewhere) on the best spark plugs to use with the R8 red top coils. IIRC the NGK bkr7e (or bkr7eix) were preferred over the bkr6e. I also think I read that the bkr7eix-11 were not the way to go. I understand this topic has been beating to a pulp in many threads but I am just having a hell of a time finding the one that went into detail on the correct plug and gap to use for these. My B6 is currently stock. Any pertinent info or links will be much appreciated.

for stock get the bkr6e's, the 7e's are for higher boost. The -11 suffix is for the larger gap (0.43mm) and you should use those with the 2.0t/r8 coils.

How much higher boost? I'm only stg 1 so still below 20 (no boost gauge but taking a guess)

I ran the Bosch Tri-Electrode at Stg 1 and still run them at BT + 2.0 coil packs with no problems, the NGK are great too this is just another option.
