    They're not the same. The Downpipes are, but from there back is different due to the length of the S5 vs the S4 (S4 is longer)

    The s4 exhaust is roughly 5" longer.
    I have a exhaust from s5 on my car.I only had to make up small extention pipes to connect to downpipes..Really easy to make it work.
