Torque App/Dashcommand Settings for VE and BSFC?

Hi guys,

I have a 2010 2.0L with a stage 1..trying to figure out estimated gains with apps, just to dial in and get a better estimated reading, I need to enter a good volumetric efficiency for Torque app and for Dashcommand they also want the BSFC..what settings have some of you used?

Interested in this also, all I can say is Dashcommand does not seem accurate for HP/TQ at all...
