    Regular poutine and add "stuffing" (like form inside a turkey)

    There was a place in whistler I used to go that had duck fois gras with bacon poutine. So amazing.

    Poutine goes good with anything if you smother it with enough gravy! Foie gras sounds good though. The next time I'm in Quebec, I'll ask around for some Foie gras poutine.

    I'll bet he's having Coquilles St-Jacques tomorrow. If you are OP, give me a 5 hour notice and I'll drive up to join you.
