Sirius question

hey guys new here,

im sure this has been discussed plenty of times but for the life of me i cannot find any info that helps me. so i ordered a OEM sirius module for my wifes A4 B7. i hooked the unit up in the trunk. all wires were present. the radio still says " Not Sat Radio". so upon more research i found that a can bus connector needs switched. i couldnt find a pic or diagram from my wifes specific car. all the pics i could find showed only 1-2 can bus connectors behind the drivers side kicker panel. they say its so easy to just switch. but our car has 8 can bus connectors and no "free" spots to switch anything. anybody have some info on what i need to do exactly to get this to work? the dealership wont help with out me paying and i have ran out of ideas.

That's a Sirius issue... Couldn't help myself.

Can you snag a photo of what you're looking at? IIRC, it was a purple male connector that you just moved to the plug next to it.

It's not the driver's side, it's the passenger side kicker panel you want to look behind. The side closest to the passenger door.
