Suspension part of the sports package worth it? Is the stock suspension too soft?

Hi. Thinking of getting a 2015 A3 2.0T. Some have the "Sports Package". the seats are definitely nicer, but what about the suspension components? how much stiffer are the shocks/struts? Does anyone without the sports package feel the non-sports suspension is too soft?

I like the ride of my non magnetic ride suspension. A good ride and not too stiff.
