Driver door is leaking water into cabin. All others are fine. Anyone have any experience with this?

I do not, but I do know there are essentially two seals on the door. The inner one should not even touch the mounting area and keep moisture out. Is this only during heavy rains? It is possible it is coming in through the trim if the mounting hole was stripped out/ exposed the internal body of the car.

It appears to be getting past the seal, head liner isn't wet, but it wouldn't hurt to look at the hole and maybe use some silicone to seal it up. It is only during heavy rain. We are getting pounded pretty hard in Seattle today. I thought I had it fixed, but it appears to be back. Drivers door only. Everything else is rock solid and dry as a bone.

    No problems here.

Any chance that one mount/clamp is over-tightened? Maybe warping the trim seal/rail a little? Not even sure that could happen, just spit balling ideas.

I wouldn't put silicon in there.

Is it under warranty? The easy thing to do would be to take your bars off and take the car to the stealership and let them spray it with water. I doubt it is the mounting alignment hole anyway.
