The screws that hold the plate light housings are garbage and strip easy since you have to go at them at an angle. I took me a while to find some replacements that used a hex key instead of phillips heads. The screw size is aprox. 3mmx12mm

I found these on amazon for Axial RC cars part #AXA436 at a cost of $5.38 on amazon. Could probably be ordered at any hobby shop as well.

Much easier to get to with a regular hex key.
