    Silvaro STK Build

Long story short I traded my Stage 2 Cactus for this Single Turbo S4 back in September. On the way home as I was getting of my exit I decided to do one pull and the car threw a rod... spike 31 psi on a 23 psi tune.

So, month later I took a week off, got the car to West Points Hobby Shop, and pretty much just swapped motors with a low mileage one I was able to pick up.

I took off the old Valve Covers and Manifold off the old motor and did some nice painting. Not powdercoat, but it will do the job...

I hate the way he did the engine bay, ultra trashy but whatever... lots of connectors broken, and wires frayed. Rather then making a new harness, I bought a used one and will piece toget her a custom one. Everything in the passenger side will run behind the firewall.

It's not there yet, but I'm nearing the end of where I want to be with this car. Still cleaning up the bay, and hopefully by the end of this week the harness will be done. 👍👍👍

No, I was short on time and unprepared... I bought high mileage motor a few days ago. I'll go through the while thing and hopefully be looking at a 6262 sometime in the Fall of next year.

Did they move the secondary firewall back to fit the turbo in? Looks like that battery is non-removable!

If you look under your hood, you'll see the battery is half under the rain tray. Secondary firewall is untouched.

Ah, you're right. For some reason it looks like the secondary firewall was pushed back a bit so was curious.

Maybe someone can answer a question real quick. Trying to undo the ******y of the previous owners wiring. The colors on the map sensor isn't matching up to the harness... any ideas?

I read the title as "Silvarado" STK build. Was expecting to see a pickup with a 2.7 T in it.
