Screaming noise persists after turbo replacement.....

So after replacing a ton of things the whistling noise I was trying to fix is still there. In the video below you can hear the sound, can hear it really well if you use headphone.

List of what I replaced in the past week hoping to fix the sound:

-Professionally rebuilt turbo and manifold
-new PCV hoses
-new turbo oil return line
-new N75 valve
-new crankcase breather vent valve hose

-DV replaced 2 months ago

how many miles were on the turbo before it was rebuilt?

any codes? before or after?

150k. And no codes at all I tried for a month for it to throw a code but after driving it that long without codes I just started replacing stuff and none of the replacements fixed the issue.

How did you scan it? You needed to run logs and/or do a scan with a vagcom cable. Soft codes can also be there that could possibly show you the way. But I agree it sounds like a boost leak.

Last month I was driving it and had my mechanic friend with a vagcom scan for codes every now and then, and nothing ever came up. Where should I start looking for boost leaks at? I'll take it back over to my friends shop and see if he can get any codes yet.

Have you replaced the pcv valve, or just the hoses? For a quick check disconnect the hose at the intake manifold that runs to your pcv. Try to blow into the hose toward the pcv valve. If you can you have found your problem.

PCV valve replaced about 6 months ago, I took it off last week and cleaned it out and it makes the normal working sound when I shake it up and down. I just tried the test and i can't blow through.
