How much lug nut thread should be hitting?

I have my set of winter snow tires + wheels (purchased from Tirerack) ready to put on for the year. My service rep saw my lugs last spring when I took them off and expressed concern that not very much of the lug nut was hitting (judging by the part of the lugs that were dirty/slight corroded). Is this anything to be concerned about? Photo below (click for full res). These are the stock lugs provided as part of the tirerack purchase.

Thanks for any help...wanted to just make sure this setup was ok. In case it matters, the wheels are Anzio Vision wheels on a B8.5 2014 S4.

If you're getting every bit of those dirty threads into the hub, you're fine. The last thing I read according to a fastener manufacturer was that you had to have no less that have the diameter of the bolt threaded into the receiving end. From what I see in the photo, you have nearly the full diameter of the thread making contact.
