    Phone sound over speakers?? HELP!

    MMI keeps choosing not to play the sound from phone calls over the speakers... instead it defaults to my Iphone 6S? Anyone else experience this? Car and phone are paired and I can play music over my speakers but whenever I get a phone call or place a phone call the sound comes through Iphone? Also noticed everytime I go into the bluetooth settings the 'Audi MMI visible' option keeps change to 'NO'. Anyone?? PLEASE HALP!

    I only have this happen when I press answer call from my phone and not the mmi unit. Not sure if that's what is happening or not

    Nope. Not happening here. iPhone 6S running iOS 9.1 and MMI running HN+US_AU3G_K0814 firmware is working flawlessly. If you are not on K0814 or newer, you can try getting your firmware updated at the dealer. I would also try doing an MMI factory reset of Bluetooth and Directory and perhaps even doing a restore of your iPhone and set it up as a new phone to rule out any corrupt settings from an old backup.

    Whenever I had to trouble shoot with my MMI I always went on YouTube and searched around, doing that might be useful for you

    I agree with Treejs4. How are you answering your incoming calls? By pressing the button on the left side of the steering wheel or answering through your phone? If you slide your phone to answer, it won't connect with mmi.

    I answer using steering wheel and it doesn't even ring through the speaker... phone just vibrates as if it's not connected at all
