I have a b5 1.8t with ram air intake, dv, fmic, 3in dd catless down pipe back exhaust and stage 2 dual to single mass flywheel clutch conversion, stage 1 tune. Im having maf problem when the maf is plugged in the car goes into limp mode causing my boost to drop from 15 psi to 5psi. If i clear the cel maf codes that do show it runs ok but has a slight studder at times under full boost mid to high rpm and im pegged out own my afr gauge at 17.0 Unplugged it runs completely fine full boost just the cel for no maf detected. I have did a complete vacuum check and boost leak test. no leaks. Tried two different brand new mafs nothing changes. any suggestions and there might be more that iv tried just cant rember right now
So new update i have checked my maf readings. At idle im at 0.3 (lb/min). With the maf plugged up i am getting more codes the p0411 and p0140 are because i have no cat and no secondary injection both were deleted. They only show when my maf is plugged in tho. Never when it is unplugged

Are you using a dry cone filter? sometimes the oiled ones can disrupt the readings on the MAF sensor.

and I know its remedial, but make sure your filter is clean as well

A place between here and there

Most likely vacuum leak causing all of those. Also check line coming off the combi valve on the back of the cylinder head. Replace your vacuum lines with silicone ones while at it. PCV valve and check valves. Overhaul can be done for cheap and most people do this. Like an emission tune up.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch

Check the wiring to the Maf, is the connector intact and is the filter fitted properly, ie no movement, movement can eventually break the wires or back them out of the connector.

    Maf issue

Ok so ive just did a vacuum delete SJP, vaccum res, evap, n249, and i allready had the sai deleted. I put own a new maf sensor, new brk7e ngk plugs and the car ran great for about 30 miles still no codes but the car is going in limp mode and the maf is reading 2.5 g/s at idle and 7.5 g/s at 2500 rpm i dont understand y the maf keeps going bad this is the second maf iv put own the car and both did great for less than 50 miles and are haveing low readings. I have a cone spectra dry filter from oreilly (it is clean) connected to the maf. It didnt give me any problems when i first put it own there. It was about 3 months after that i started having issues so that shouldnt cause an issue should it?
New codes appear with the maf pluged up along with limp mode cut the car off start boosting good and then boost is cut codes are
17965 Tubro Pressure Control Limit Exceeded - P1557

P0237 MAP sensor A, turbo charger system low input possible problems are wiring short to ground, MAP sensor, ECM

P0106- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem

If your ECM is chipped, try stock one to see if the issue will be gone.
