    440cc injectors leaking

    I've been having a rough idle and random misfires for quite some time now. Replaced just about everything in the vacuum system in the last month, it got a little better, but still giving me a hard time. Was spraying some carb cleaner around about a week ago and all injectors but number 2 were leaking/ sucking air at the manifold. Grabbed some new o rings off of ecs tuning and installed. They didn't seem to fill the channel in the injector all the way. They are Bosch 440cc injectors and didn't put any thought into different o rings then stock. It's now leaking on all cylinders. Anyone else ever have this problem, or know where to locate a thicker o ring? Thanks

    What is the spec for the stock O Rings?? (dimensions)

    Thanks for the thread link old guy, already saw that and that's where I got my part number to order the last set of o rings, problem seems to be that the channel in the 440cc is a lot thicker. Still leaking like crazy to the point where I had a hard time starting this morning in the cold.
