Memory Feature for Driver Seats not working

All of a sudden the memory feature for my seat stopped working.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I really would hate to go the dealer for this....it's a huge hassle.
FYI: I believe the 5F status is there because I upgraded to 3G+ a while ago....

I had an issue similar to this where my memory settings seemingly disappeared. I didn't run my VAGCOM at the time but I did move my seat to full retract to extend and full rise to fall and voilà, my memory settings worked right away. Cycle the seat positions to their limits one by one a few times and see if that works. I only had to cycle mine once in all four directions but ymmv. Give a shot.
