    Thud sound when accelerating aggressively

I have a B8 with 85k mi. Only mod is an APR tune and 034 trans mount I put on about 15k mi ago. When I accelerate hard in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, I get a loud thud from the front of the car almost like behind the dash in the engine compartment. It's a P+, replaced ignition coils and plugs a while ago, but I don't think that's the cause. I don't have sport suspension and to my knowledge I still have stock shocks and struts. I always let the car warm up too.

Tried googling around a bit- nothin. Anyone else ever experience this? What could the issue be. I doubt the trans mount has anything to do with it but I'm no expert, I've only owned the car almost 3 years.

    Appreciate any ideas/insight

Check the 034 mount. If you didn't use loctite, the bolts will work themselves loose and cause drivetrain slop.

If not that, it's what he ^ said.
