Turbo Oil & Coolant line to the Block metal Washers..!

The oil and coolant lines coming off the turbo that connect to the Engine block both contains two metal washers for each line, my question is..should one washer go in front of the line and one after the line or do both go together either side of the coolant or oil line.... Someone asked me about this question and i cant remember last time i did the work on my car.

If i remember correctly right order should be..

Starting from the block: Washer to the block --- oil/coolant Line --- washer on top of the line --- then screw/bolt....!

    Cheers

The line is in the middle, and each washer goes on both sides of the line. so washer, line, washer.
