WTB: Looking To Trade My 03 Mercedes E500 With Full KW Coil Over Kit and 20's For Audi S4 B5 Stage 3

I do not have to sell my car but I am looking for something a little bit more fun to drive. Read whole ad for description. I have a clean California title in hand and just renewed the registration. I am looking to trade my 2003 Mercedes Benz E500 for the right car. I am mainly looking for an Audi B5 S4 Stage 3 or something similar like a WRX , E55 , C55 etc (350-400hp + is ideal). My car has a perfectly Clean CarFax with just a little under 105K on the clock. It runs perfect with smooth shifting tranny and ice cold AC. It is a rare Jade Black color (black with green metallic but looks mostly black unless viewing in direct sunlight) with immaculate black leather interior and wood grain. You do not want to buy a Mercedes E500 that has the original air suspension because it is a disaster ready to happen (it is $1500 for each suspension airbag to replace and they usually go bad around 100k) so the original air suspension was taken out and a full KW adjustable coil over kit was installed ($2200+ labor). There are also 20" wheels with brand new tires and a mean sounding custom exhaust. This car is my daily driver and is in excellent shape. It attracts Major Attention.... I am mainly looking to trade for something turbo or supercharged but needs to be just as reliable and fast. Trade must be worth over 10K. I don't think you are going to find anyone that will trade you a stage 3 s4 for an e500 without cash on your end.

An e55 I could see but your trade straight up is a downgrade.

We will see what happens. When I sold my 2001.5 F21 B5 I was only able to get $7500 for it after trying to sell it for $10000 forever on the forums. That car had close to $20000 in receipts and it had rods. I am looking for that one person that is tired of putting money into their car, cant sell their car and wants something a little more reliable. I can now afford to fix a stage 3 car but cant sell my car for what its worth lol. The E55 is more comparable in price to a Tial 605 or 770 car and you cant touch a clean one with low miles for under $12000. My car is very reliable but not nearly as fun to drive lol. Anyway, the best way to get things these days (IMHO) is to barter lol and the sad reality is that cash is hard to come by. Yes, there is a buyer for everything but you have to find them and sometimes it takes a while. I would also put up to $500 cash out of pocket and drive half way to Northern Cal. for the right car. My car is still available for trade and still as reliable as ever. There are three of four Stage 3 B5's in California and Vegas between $7000 and $8000. I am really close to selling this car but not ready to let it go for less than $7500. Check engine lights and minor repairs are ok and I will be responsible for the smog. I cannot add any money if the car needs work. The Mercedes has no check engine lights and will pass smog with no issues. Please no sarcastic replies, I know its a Mercedes but I bought it for a reason. I can now afford the upkeep on a B5.

I really do like this car. I have a Stage 3 avant that has dynoed at 383awhp.

Just throwing it out there because it can't hurt. I'd be willing to part with it plus some cash on your end - sadly I'm in NY so we'd have to get shippers involved, which adds a lot of complication. Feel free to message me regardless. GLWS.
