I have a '14 S7 with milltek straight through track exhaust with no cats and a shortram intake. I bought this car like this and am concerned that if I take it into the dealer and have the MMI and system flashed to get rid of some issues and report the misfire/transmission problems they are going to blacklist the car. Does anyone have experience with dealing with the dealer on these types of things? Also, the tune that the car has leaves quite a bit to be desired. At the top end of the gear it falls on it's face, runs really rich during normal operation, etc. and I am thinking of going to the APR stage 2 tune with the DSG tune and wondered if anyone had done that and what their experience is like afterwards?
