Just changed my battery now Car had rough idle.. HELP

I have an 04 b6 flashed 17psi.. Car has been dying due to a new radio I put it it was killing the battery so I had been jumping it every morning so I just changed the battery an now my car sounds like its miss firing its has rough idle is this normal? Its been running for about 10mins now.. Does the car have to relearn the computer again any help would be great! Thanks

Sometimes you have to do a throttle body adaptation after voltage has been lost. If you do not have VCDS try turning the key on but do not start it. Let it sit for 10 minutes. This might let the throttle cycle and it is free.
