Just changed my battery Cara had rough idle.. HELP

I have an 04 b6 flashed 17psi.. Car has been dying due to a new radio I put it it was killing the battery so I had been jumping it every morning so I just changed the battery an now my car sounds like its miss firing its has rough idle is this normal? Its been running for about 10mins now.. Does the car have to relearn the computer again any help would be great! Thanks

Try a throttle body alignment. If you don't have vagcom. Turn the key to on position and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Turn the key to off and try to start.
