WTB: Semi-Built B8 A4

I'm looking for a clean semi-modified ~oem+ B8 A4 along the lines of this example:

I would of bought that car, but sold before I saw the ad. Absolute requirements are:

- Black Interior
- Manual
- Decent Mileage
- Super clean, mint condition just like the one above
- And really do not want a ~base model, Prestige Plus would be nice
- Not bagged, but having sport suspension, coilovers or a cup kit would be great
