Anyone here change there bulbs out to the new Phillips HID Extreme or whatever ? How easy is it to do on a new/2015 Q5 ? Any video would be helpful...

You'll need to remove the plastic covers on the rear of the lights (the larger ones held in by metal clips). The bulbs are right inside the covers - they're held in, not very tightly, by metal 'finger' clips, just pull and wiggle and it'll come out. Once it's free, disconnect from the cable and remove and replace.

The pass. side should be easier once you get the airbox out of the way, the driver side has PS reservoir in the way (remove two bolts and you can move it--without disconnecting hoses ofc).

The video states 2010-2014 Q5's, wonder if the 2015 is any different and the vehicle shown is a gasser verses mine being a diesel ?!?

There is no difference for MY2013-2016, there is no difference petrol or diesel engine

Everything is possible, but whether it's worth it
Need a new headlight and coding

I just want to change the whole housing to have it when I make a turn left or right the headlights follow
