    Lowered and Flats

I never really thought about this until I was changing to my winter setup on Sunday. Will the emergency S5 Jack in the trunk accommodate a lowered car? (Summer 26" FTG / Winter 27" FTG) I'm assuming that it may not but I really don't want to haul it out to check and hoping someone may know the answer.

Regardless, I just ordered Slime and a portable compressor. I'd rather go that route than put that toy on that's in the trunk now. But in the event I ever get a puncture in the sidewall I might need the jack.

I never thought about that either lol. I had to get a lower race jack to fit under the car when in the driveway but not tried the OEM jack.

Oh well, I have breakdown assist :)

Worked fine for me when I blew a tire on the side of a freeway. I was at 25.5" FTG at the time.

The OE jack packs down pretty flat so you shouldn't have any issues getting it under a lowered car.

Yes it will work just fine. Had to use that thing to get my car onto my real jack before a got a new low profile one.

    Thanks for the info!
Still going to pack the Slime. In snow or rain I'd rather just slime it and take it to a shop for repair.
