A4 cylinder 1 misfire

I need some help please. I have a 2002 A4 quattro 1.8t and have trouble code p0301 cylinder 1 misfire. I have already replaced the pcv, maf ,coil packs and spark plugs. The engine continues to misfire, am I missing anything else?
