Fender flares or mud flaps?

I'm looking around to see if there is a wheel arch lip available for the S3/A3. I was just watching a video of the A1 Quattro and it has this great looking lip flares over the rear wheels. I've seen eBay sellers with a product for the Q5 that wraps the whole fender but the effect is not the same.

I want to install something subtle. Any ideas where I should start looking?

There's nothing wrong with them, they are protectors, some manufacturers have them built in as standard, while others have them available from their Accessory Programme.
