2001 B5 S4 Part Out, Northern Michigan

Its a full part out but the front end is gone. K03s on APR stage 1+ chip/flash/tune.
AWE in vent boost gauge, Vast Stage 3 clutch and light weight flywheel, Bailey DVs, APR Bi-pipe, functioning leather seats with little damage. Drivers side back door has damage from a douche nozzle kicking it in. Clogged front passenger side catalytic converter causing EGT sensor to fry. Cracked windshield and "illegal tint for Michigan". Front euro plate " B5 S4" with bracket and German flag stamp. Rear CV axles calipers and rotors all around. Cluster and dash works perfectly.
I work Monday through Friday and may be a little slow responding. Tires have good tread but wheels were powder coated (terribly I may ad) and now they are in process of being stripped down. Please call or text me and let me know what your interested in and I will begin the tear down.

Picking up the cherry picker this morning and moving the car into a shop for 3 weekends of tear down :D!!!
More soon. The speakers function for the talk radio I listen to but I have been told to get new speakers on 2 or more occasions from passengers so I'm not sure they are worth it. Original radio, busted front slider door on changer, and good center arm rest.

Took the cherry picker out to where my car has been parked tonight. Started the car and she fired right up without issue. CELs as usual but still, she ran and sounded good. My uncle called and has a mechanic who wants to look at it tomorrow. I gave him every flaw and issue. He still wants to see it run so I said I wouldn't sell for under $3k and have started a part out thread. He wanted to talk to his son and see what they thought.
I'll find out before my PayPal gets verified by Wednesday if he is all in and taking it or I can truly begin this.

Update. Tonight I was able to pull a decent amount of parts off.
Stock Airbox with ignition control modules.
MAF with connecting pipe to Y pipe.
Y pipe with lobster claws or without.
N75 valve.
M box ECU.
Bailey diverter valves.
Passenger seat.
Throttle body.
VAG Scanner PRO.
Headlights.

Clutch and fly wheel won't be out for a little while. Only have time for this on weekends. I'm only down to the intake manifold and fuel rails. May pull out the turbo up pipes, coil plugs, and injectors today/tomorrow.

You have a manual car, the TCM is for automatic transmissions so your car doesn't have one
