Custom home made front lip for my A6

Just want to share my current progress on my custom clip, project not complete yet.

First of all I bought a universal front lip off Ebay for ~90.

Material is ABS plastic.
Center of the lip will look like below.

Measure where I want to cut the lip


Measure the distance between end of lip to bumper and cut a little piece to glue it on to the clip.


Prime it after the connection is secure enough


I didn't really sand it because I will wrap it in carbon fiber, next step is to test fit on the car, which I will find time to do in next few days.
