First of all I ask my apologies for the English, I use a translator because I speak Spanish,
I have an A4 2.0 FSI 2004 and have serious problems with these two failures 16717 and 16712 both knock sensors. My car is not right because I have many delays on the 4-cylinder (above 12). I replaced the two knock sensors and the problem is, I have also tried to bring disconnected and the problem is the same.
I have made many tests but not keep doing that, please ask for help

    Thank you

You will get a better response in the B7 section. This is the B6 section and our motors are 1.8T and 3.0 for the most part. There's a couple people from different countries with the diesel motors but I think you'll get a better response in the B7 section. Click

There are many reasons the engine can be provoked into knocking. You should do some logging of air fuel mixtures when driving. If the knock sensors are over tightened, can cause malfunction of the knock sensors also, putting out knock signals in error. If there are any loose parts inside the engine making unusual mechanical noises, those noises can be picked up by the knock sensors as knocking activity when there really is none.

Thanks for responding, but I do not understand because if I removed to test the two knock sensors and have left the unit without sensors, the problem persists, I also tried to connect sensors only to the exchange without touching the engine block and problems have remained the same.

What is the problem that remains when the knock sensors are removed?

    16711/P0327 - Knock Sensor 1 (G61): Signal Too Low
    16716/P0332 - Knock Sensor 2 (G66): Signal Too Low

    these failures without connected sensors,

and delays in the ignition remain the same

That is expected. The ECU isn't going to give you full timing advance when it knows that the knock sensors aren't there. It expects to see the characteristic noises of normal combustion and rotation. If it doesn't see that, it knows that there is no way it can detect knock - if it were to happen. Knowing this, it pulls the maximum amount of timing and gives you some DTC's for knock sensor signals being too low or missing.

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? If it is original replace that first. If sound persists your pump may be on its way out.

The filter change him one month ago, and already had problems on the car
