@ ECS , why can't a canadian be able to have a canadian billing adress and a US shipping adress ? If i want to enter a canadian billing adress, the shipping adress has to be canadian too ( the box country won't allow me to choose a different country) and vice versa, if i pick my US adress, then I can,t enter my canadian billing adress.

I doubt I'm the first one that ran into this situation, what do you then ?

If you have ordered from us before I don't see why you wouldn't be able to ship to a different address than the billing address. The website may not allow it due to how it's set up. But you can always e-mail, call in, or try Live Chat and one of the sales guys should be able to get you taken care of.

Typically we request that first time customers ship the the same billing address. This helps reduce the chances of fraud. Once you have completed a shipping transaction to that address we will allow you to ship to a different location - just giving you a heads up if sales says we can't. But it never hurts to ask, they may make an exception if you can verify it.

that's a bummer. but I can understand. However, this promotion is not really valid for me in a certains ways, since there's no way I can get free shipping. It has to be ship to my house in canada and then get ripped with very high shipping cost + border fees. The deal is no more a deal.

It would definitely make installation easier but no they are not completely necessary.
