    Camshaft pulley wobble

Just finished changing all the seals and gaskets I could with the engine still in the car and did the timing belt also. After starting it up I noticed the camshaft bolt and washer were wobbling on both cams but the actual pulley is not..Is this normal?

Also the timing belt seems to be loose at certain points when the engine is turned off, and as soon as I hand crank the motor it will tighten back up.. Is this also normal?

The washers have some wiggle room, but I would think the bolt heads should be centered.

    Normal for the 2nd one.
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.
