Need advise: Carfax shows "Interior trim repaired" for a brand new Q7 2015

I have purchased a brand new 2015-Q7 Premium-plus in Nov-2015 for a respected Audi Dealership. As soon I updated the VIN on the mycarfax app, it came up with a service record as "Interior trim repaired" which is performed in June-2015. Now I'm not sure what should I do:
    1. do I need to talk to dealership?
    2. why they never told me beforehand?
    3. Is that something which I can do as a consumer?

I have attached the picture below for reference.

Why not just ask for the service record??

Maybe a careless porter ripped a seat or something, which is not really a big deal if its repaired. Or maybe its just a clerical error and should say oil change or something haha. Just ask for the records

    Thanks Guitarmageddon!

Also I was thinking that the reason behind hiding the report from the consumer was to stop consumer for quoting a lesser out the door price :)

Anyway, I love the entry in the Audi Family!!
