Hey guys, completely new to the forum here and I was looking for some advice if possible. I just picked up my '16 S3 and was looking to get the grille swapped out. I've been looking at the one from Emmanuele Design and seems like a good choice but I was wondering how everyones getting their parts in from the States? I had a friend tell me about a spot in Buffalo that he drove down to and picked up from there but I was wondering if theres anything you would recommend. Or does everyone just buy it and pay the shipping/customs. Thanks in advance too! PS. This is the first time I'm doing this stuff to cars so sorry for the noobie question

Your friend was probably talking about US Address. We use them all the time, but we only live less than an hour from the border.

If you want the spoiler, and it's the only place to get it then you will likely just have to eat the cost of shipping, exchange, brokerage and duties. Just be aware that customs and border security will slow down the process of it getting to you.

Have you found any Canadian suppliers that carry the grill?

Check out http://crossborderpickups.ca/ I use them all the time for Amazon shipments as well as ECS Tuning shipments. They are great and only charge a small handling fee.

I use this place a lot:

    http://www.usaddressinc.com/

1st exit after the Queenston bridge. Depending on the time of day you can be back across the border in 15 mins or less.

$5 handling fee. No membership fee. They say that they change the fee based on the package size but I have always been charged $5 regardless how big or heavy.
You must pay cash (US or CDN).

I've been using CBI Warehouse for years, they're great. You set up a "mailbox" with them and then just ship to them, and they'll hold your parts for you until you pick them up, with no time limit, they'll hold your items for as long as you want.

But if you don't want to drive to the border, Eurosport tuning is a great option for ECS products (other parts too), I've used them also. Great customer service.

Another local source is GermanOEM, www.germanoem.ca, they can get you OEM and most aftermarket parts at great prices and the customer service is great as well.

Those are 3 great options for you to choose from, depending on what you're looking for.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for the support! I'll look into the different options and hopefully be able to update with some pictures too.
