Took my car into eurowise for an oil change. Noticed after that my headlight on passenger side is purplish.

Is this a sign of the bulb failing??

Not good! The dreaded high intensity conjunctivitis
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

I'm sure it was just a coincidence.

No real way to check. You can replace the bulb. IIRC it's just a standard D2s bulb. People used to run the DDM tuning HID kits back in the day when the OEM bulbs and ballasts died. Maybe there's better options nowadays.
