    Question ticking sound under intake manifold

    Hi, i've been noticing a ticking sound coming from under the hood and it sounds like its coming from the intake manifold. The sound isn't constant, it comes and goes every few seconds. I have a 04 A4 B6 3.0.
    Any idea what it may be?
