Racechip aka Chipwerke, Bogging ...

Hey guys i bought a used Racechip Ultimate for my S4 its pretty similar to the chipwerke box.
there is a potentiometer on this chip where i can select the "stages" from 0-7
0 is like 12% more and every folowing stage is +1,5%

even on the lowest stage i get a lil bogging after shifting like this guy (i dont have a video but this is exactly what my car does) * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EaP...ature=youtu.be

is the s-tronic clutches slipping ?
or the supercharger belt ?

may you have any idea

i could live with that lil failure because the car has really good power i like, i just want to make sure thats nothing gonna get

The hardware is apparently the same but the map loaded on the chip is different from race chip to chipwerke so hard to give advice on settings. They won't be the same.
