Possible '13 cpp

Hey guys just looking for some input. I currently have a 15 a4 premium plus 6mt Quattro and have the opportunity to upgrade to a '13 cpo s4 with 23,xxx miles. The car is a premium plus s tronic with b+o and sports diff. Are there any things I should think about in terms of reliability vs the a4 or any specifics to look for when I get the chance to drive it (hopefully Friday). I'm really tempted by this but want to make sure that I make the right decision. Any advice is appreciated.

Edit: Seen some talk on the S-tronic, anybody with a 13, 14, or 15 care to chime in on mileage/ reliability?

13 is when they started to get any of issues with previous years resolved. You going to take a big hit on the A4? BnO and sports diff are a must so you're good there. Miles aren't to bad either so give it a drive and ask to see the cpo paperwork, read over that too. I would check around and see what prices they are going for and start haggling.
