Sirius Radio Channels 13 and 18 don't appear?

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone: Here's my deal, recently purchased a 2007 Audi S6 completely stock. Everything works as it should....except I can't get channel 13 and channel 18 on my Sirius radio. I wouldn't mind but those 2 channels have the Christmas music: I have all access trial with Sirius...I have called them! Sirius has resent the signal to update my radio...no help: I have checked for faults codes with Vag.com there are none: I have reset the MMI....no help:

Has anybody else ever seen this problem: Again just channel 13 and 18...I get everything else... up to channel 184.

I am also not receiving 13 or 18. I have a 2006 Ford Explorer and tried refreshing the signal and removing the fuse and putting it back in. Nothing has worked and the tech support from Sirius told me to take it back to the dealership and do a master reset on the vehicle. My son just graduated from NTI Ford program so hopefully he can figure it out.

I still think this is a Sirius problem...I'm on the phone with Sirius technical people as I type this...Will see what happens!
